Something new is happening this year!
We will be offering an electronic voting option to ratify our Budget and vote for Members of the Board, elections. Property owners who have provided their email address to HOA Community Solutions will receive emails, including the Annual Meeting information and documents. If HOA Community Solutions does not have your email address, you will receive the same information via regular mail.
The first wave of mailings/emails will happen starting mid-week around Sept. 30th.
Second wave of mailings/emails will happen on October 5th. When received, notice that this mailing will have a QR Code and a link for you to vote online.
We hope that more property owners will vote this year with the new option available.
