Meeting was called to order at 6:34pm

November minutes accepted – MMSP

November financials accepted – MMSP

MMSP –  Keith Burke voted onto LOTWCC Board of Directors

Reports:

President:

  • No report

1st Vice President (Water) & 2nd Vice President (Maintenance):

  • DT Informed about safe drinking water act, but Peninsula Light is responsible for ensuring compliance
  • Perkins is going to Tacoma, will need to explore alternatives

Secretary:

  • No report

Treasurer:

  • There was one request for a dues payment plan for 14318 143rd St NW – 181.24/mo which will bring dues current, so the plan was accepted.

Compliance:

  • Lot 103 has not responded to fine notices, per DT they did not receive the notices. He has them and will personally deliver the letter to them.
  • Lot 204 asked why they are receiving a fine, Missie to follow up.
  • Lot 105, spoke with homeowning, they are taking care of the issues.
  • Lot 168 is being worked.
  • Lot 251 has ATVs and an accumulation of stuff on the property, they are taking care of the issues.
  • Follow-up – Compliance Committee needs a copy of the PCNWs in writing, including written description of process for changing them.
  • Karen was not able to find them, so she reached out to the HOA attorney, but hasn’t heard back. Karen will also reach out to the state to obtain the information.

Events:

  • Christmas Decoration Contest on December 20th – prizes for 1st, 2nd , and 3rd place winners

Old Business:

  • American Playground accepted our bid and approved payment in January.
  • Old playground equipment will go to the dump
  • Lots 216-217 – Foreclosure sale, owned by a company with 2 lien releases

New Business:

  • HOA Community Solutions Contract Renewal $14,950 – MMSP
