Meeting was called to order at 6:34pm
Board Members present – Anna Hernandez-French, Jason Steinbrecher, Dave Tyler, Amie Schippa, Bill Poulos
Board Members absent – Liz Hickman, Karen Gore, Barbara Dommert-Breckler, Katelynn Graham, Garret Lebby, Frank Benson,
Community Members – Mary Poulos, Missie Hodson, Ed Neilson, Tiphany Lopez-Steinbrecher, Kurt Burket

Reports:
President
- No report
1st Vice President – Water System + 2nd Vice President – Maintenance
- Transfer switch issues persists, still trying to track down the guy who will fix it
- A few more water lines need fixes before winter
- Pump House generator lean-to built – still needs fence
- Backflow testing has started
- DT to make sure tester has repair kits on-hand
- DT looking to hire landscaper – first candidate’s insurance expired, DT has another interview tomorrow
- In some cases repairs to be done by PenLight
- EN to change oil in Kubota
- Community “to-do” lists lives on DT’s computer
- AH, AS, and MS to meet and discuss how to coordinate community volunteers and highlight skills within the community

- 3 issues resolved over the past month
- Lot 103 has not responded to letters and there appear to be new issues to add to those already approved for fines
- DT to confirm if someone is living in the trailer on Lot 103
- Compliance Committee needs more members

- Annual Meeting is November 1, 12pm, Key Peninsula Civic Center Whitmore Room
- New state law applying to HOAs – AH to review and report back to the Board
- Community member left vm complaint about neighbor burning
- Compliance email received a scam email
