TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS. YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED –

A MESSAGE FROM HOA COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS REGARDING OUR MONTHLY ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS.

It has been brought to my attention that a little over 100 residents have not yet acted on our repeated direction to log into their portals to cancel their recurring AAB payments and establish a new payment method, as HOA-CS will be transitioning away from the Alliance Association Bank payment platform effective August 31, 2025.

To date, at least four to five reminder emails have been issued to these residents, with instructions on what to do. All these residents have an email address on file, as an email is required to establish recurring payments through AAB.

Please note that if action is not taken by these residents, their recurring payments will no longer process, and their accounts will begin to incur late fees until a new payment method is established.
