Meeting was called to order at 6:34pm

Community Members – Tiphany Lopez-Steinbrecher, Anastasia?

March minutes accepted– MMSP

Reports:

President – No report

1^stVice President– Water System – No report

2^nd Vice President – Maintenance 

• Need to replace little bridge over creek – will need to purchase wood
• Community clean-up on 4/25-4/26

Secretary – No report

Treasurer – Water disconnect rate just under 3% for our community, which is very good

Committee Reports:

Compliance

• Some slow cases but no major updates
• Making a post to seek more compliance committee members

Events

• Community Clean-up on 4/25-4/26
• Fishing Derby – fish drop ordered and scheduled for 4/30

• Same amount of fish as last year
• Trophies ordered for pickup 5/4
• Still looking for the fish scale and raffle tickets

New Business:

• 2027 budget – send items to BDB
• New auditor costing slightly more than previous – note for 2027 budget
• Dave writing letters to NW Generator
• He says they are trying to charge us to fix a transfer switch that never worked, so LOTW is pushing back in writing.

Old Business:

• Playground equipment installed, looks great, sturdy
