Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm

Reports:
President
- No report
1st Vice President – Water System
- Generator at pumphouse 2 is now running
- 99% of water valves have been located when roads were asphalted
- Water leak at lots 139/140 – 2 trees need to be removed
2nd Vice President – Maintenance
- Landscaping maintenance contract – MMSP
- Landscapers will provide bi-weekly service beginning next Saturday
- New playground equipment will be delivered and installed February 23rd
- New signs will be put up at the Pea Patch when the weather gets nicer
Secretary – No report
Treasurer – No report
Committee Reports:
Compliance – Waived January late fees due to receiving coupon books late – MMSP
Events
- Easter egg hunt – April 4
- Community Clean up – April 25&26
- Fishing Derby – May 16
Old Business
- Lots 216-217 foreclosure
- NOTE: The LOTWCC can’t collect because the original owner no longer owns the property and was sold at auction by county.
New Business:
- Neighbor complaint – Lot 103 – rat issue, KB will talk with MH
