Meeting was called to order at 6:05pm
Board Members present – Garret Lebby, Anna Hernandez-French, Jason Steinbrecher, and Karen Gore
Board Members absent – Frank Benson, Barbara Dommert-Breckler, Katelynn Graham
Community Members – Tiphany Lopez-Steinbrecher, Missie Hodson, Carl Hodson, Ed Neilson
Board approved June minutes, June APs not yet received
Reports:
President
- No report
1st Vice President (Water System + 2nd Vice President, Maintenance)
- Getting ready to install generator, prepping pump house 2, getting bids for electrical work
- Preparing to lay concrete and fix a couple of water leaks
- Volunteers needed to help cover water boxes
- JS been helping a lot
- Bought fittings to extend testing station
- Water manager Cody says things are looking good
- DNR Park – all playground equipment dug up in preparation for adding in the new pieces, limbs and leaves removed, need to build border, volunteers needed to get ground ready for new equipment, request already posted on FB
- McGowan Park – needs raking, trees taken out, bank being trimmed, need to put in bench near the horseshoe pit
- Pete Rix Park – needs existing playground equipment dug up in prepare for new pieces
- Morrison Gravel now sells certified playground woodchips, so we have a cheap and local supply, and can get the amount we need
- Garden – all thistles and blackberries sprayed, but weeding still needed
- Pickleball Court repaint – DT to call, no updates yet
