Special Meeting

Call to Order: by Karen Gore at 6:08 pm

Community Members Attended:  Dawn Richie

Meeting minutes from the June 14, 2021 meeting were reviewed and changes were made live during the meeting.

It was moved by DTand seconded by TM to approve the addendum to the June 14, 2021 Minutes with the revisions made during the meeting.  Approved by all present.  MMSP

New Business:

The Wright Bliss room is open and available for our use again at the Fire Station.

Tanya spoke with Key Center Fire Station and since we did not use the room last year, booked the Annual Meeting there for November 6^th.

Karen will pick up the cashiers check from HOA Community Solutions for the $40,000.

Christine was asked were does the community go for fire safety.  After discussion it was determined that people should be referred to the Pierce County Emergency Management site.
