The official children’s annual Lake of the Woods Fishing Derby is Saturday, 5/17 Rain or Shine! There will be prizes , hotdogs & refreshments under the pavilion at our Pete Rix Park (the park with the big playground)! The fishing derby is open to all children between the ages of 5 to 17 years old. A special fishing activity is set up for children UNDER the age of 5. Must be a LOTW resident or accompanied by one.

CHECK IN: STARTS AT 8:00 A.M and goes until 10:30am (Check in at PETE RIX PARK on 134th Street)

FISHING: 9:00 A.M. TO NOON

WEIGH IN TIME: 11:00 A.M. TO 12:30 P.M

PRIZES – AWARDS: 12:30 – 1:00 P.M.

LUNCH: STARTS AT 12:30 P.M. We are providing food, so hope you can stay! If anyone wants to help out, be a grill master, etc… post in the comments or DM me! Thanks!
