Dear Lake of the Woods Homeowners,  

We hope this message finds you well. Each year, we strive to ensure coupon books are delivered to homeowners in a timely manner. However, due to extended production times and ongoing postal service delays, there is a possibility that you may not receive your coupon books before the January 10th, 2025, payment due date. **If you have opted out of coupon books, please disregard this email. **

To address this proactively, we are taking the following steps:  

1. E-Statements: To assist homeowners, we will be sending electronic statements reflecting account balances momentarily.

2. Extended January 2025 Due Date: To ensure you are not penalized due to circumstances beyond your control, the January due date from the 10th has been extended to January 31st, 2025.
