A letter that was recently send out by our management services provider, HOA Community Solutions, regarding where to send checks, may have you confused as to how you make a payment to them, to pay our community association dues.
Please know that you can pay monthly, make a single payment, or sign up with your bank, to make reoccurring payments .
ONLINE PAYMENTS – IF you are wanting to pay online, open your browser on the internet. Go to the site at
(Feel free to click the above live link!) and you will see the large tab on the right side, labeled, “HOMEOWNER PORTAL”.
This will allow you to “log in” to your web based payment account with them. Choose the one time payment option (or sign up using your own bank for interval payments, to HOA Community Solutions)
CHECK PAYMENTS – IF you are going to mail your check, use the mailing address of Lake of the Woods Community Club, C/O HOA Community Solutions, PO Box 97974, Las Vegas, NV 89193-7974.
There is an additional fee if you choose to pay with a bank card.
